How It Works

1. Connect With Us

  • Fill out our Secure Your KC Tutor Form.

  • We will reach out to you with tailored offers and packages in less than 24 hours.

  • Share with us any special learning needs. We cater for a wide range.

2. Tutor Pairing Process

  • We pair you with one of our prescreened and trained tutors.

  • You view your tutor's portfolio and meet them in a short Tutor Introductory Session.

  • A contract of services will be signed between KC Tutoring Services and a person with legal signing capacity & rights.

  • DO NOT PURCHASE LESSONS FROM THE KC SHOP UNTIL AFTER THE PREVIOUS STEP.

  • Your tutor and one of our learning profilers will meet with you to establish long and short term goals.

  • Lesson plans will be shared with you before the first lesson.

  • Continuous lessons take place.

  • Reports written by the tutor are sent and used to evaluate progress.
